Bart Aldrich - Nikon user from the USA
Steve Allen - Nikon user from the USA
I use only Nikon for my DSLR photography- I also have a Phase One P25 back for my architectural work. I use a D2X, D2H and D200 and am planning to trade the D2X and D2H for a couple of more D200's later this month (May 2007). I find the D200 file to have a smoother looking tonality in its file than the other two cameras and I never have focusing issues with the D200 like I have always had to battle with the D2X and D2H. Lenses- all Nikon- 300 2.8, 70-200 2.8 VR, 17-55 2.8, 60mm macro, and the 10.5 fisheye 2.8. Although I use Elinchrom monolights for most of my interior shooting, I keep 2 SB800's and a SU800 command in my camera bag. I have the WT2 transmitter but have shelved it because of erratic connection problems. I will be trying the transmitter that fits the D200.

I am currently pursuing a change in career and going back to my first passion which is nature/wildlife photography. For the past 6 years, I have been working on nature/wildlife, culture, travel documentaries. So I guess it's not such a drastic change of career, in terms of subject matter. I would consider it an honour if you could have a look at my pictures and would love to get some or any feedback.

David Hufford - Nikon user from Japan, by way of the USA
I generally photograph outdoor scenes in Tokyo and other areas in Japan, I prefer nature photography, but since there ain't a lot of nature in Tokyo, I don't get a lot of real nature photos. Occasionally, I post macro photos, street scenes, and when can, landscapes. When I have the opportunity, I especially enjoy wildlife photography. I do take some trips outside the Tokyo area and post "travel photos too.

Most of my photos are not the standard "tea ceremony, kimono, and temple" variety one usually encounters in photos from this area by non-Japanese. That's not the Japan most people live in.

I use a Nikon D70s (mainly) with a variety of lens. I have been living in Tokyo for 7 years, originally from West Virginia in the USA.

I am a serious amateur since 12 years. I have always used Nikon 35 mm system through these years.

Body: F3, F100, D2X
Lenses: Among many others: 17-35 mm f2.8; 35-70 mm f2.8D; 85 mm f2.8 TS; 70-200 mm f2.8 VR; 200 mm f4D

I like to photograph B&W infrared film (Maco 820IR), looking at nature from a very intimate point of view. The same reason I am doing macro photography.

I am an amature photography and new Nikon user of only 1 year, but have been a Nikon fan all my life. I enjoy outdoor and nature photography the most, but have my camera with me all the time to document anything and everything. My equipment includes a D70s with the Nikkor 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom lens. I am looking into purchasing a Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED-IF AF-S VR Zoom lens soon!

I'm interested in real nature photography that tells a story about a place and the diverse web of life that calls it home. Strictly a field photographer, I pack all my gear (D200, 12-24mm AF-S, 50mm AI-S, 105mm AF-D, 200mm AI-S Micro, 300mm AF-S, TC-17E II, and SB-600) into a LowePro Trekker AW II backpack, and hand-carry a Manfrotto tripod (with its center post removed) with Kirk BH-3 ballhead.

I use a Nikon D70s, 18-70 kit lens, and a 70-200 2.8 VR to shoot sports and other activities around Alabama in the USA.
Glen Webber - Nikon user from New Zealand
I predominately shoot a Nikon D300 with a MB-D10, and my favourite lens, a 18-200mm Nikkor VR. I'm constantly learning so my photos are a mix of disciplines, leaning towards nature photography.

I’m a Nikon user from the late 60’s, an original member of the Nikon Professional Services. Worked for newspapers and stringer work for AP, UPI, Time, Newsweek, Business Week, etc. Ads, magazines, all the fun stuff. USe D200’s, 12-24, 18-200, plus all my lenses I kept from the 70’s that still work on the new bodies, some better than the new stuff.
